To Create a new Class Step 1: On the dashboard Click CREATE CLASS Step 2: Enter Class Name (Ex. Grade 1 Einstein) Note: Class ID is generated for students to Join the Class Step 3: Click OPEN CLASS to view newly Created Class Record
To Add a new Student/s Step 1: On the dashboard select a Class and click OPEN CLASS Step 2: On Students Tab click ADD STUDENTS Step 3: Enter Student First Name and Last Name Step 4: Tap Click ADD to Continue The Student is added to the list.
To Create new Assessment Step 1: On the dashboard Click ASSESSMENT ARCHIVE Step 2: Tap "+" This will create and open your new Assessment. This page shows the list of the created assessments and allows creating, editing, and deleting assessments. Step 3: Enter the assessments name (Ex. Quiz#/Exam#) Step 4: Select Assessment Type This will be the number of items the assessment will have. It will also be used as the template for OMR paper checking. Step 5: Select Assessment Format This refers to the number of choices for each item. Step 6: Select Passing Rate by clicking < for lower value > for higher value. Passing rate will be the threshold value for student score segregation. Step 7: Click CLICK ASSESSMENT to continue
To edit Assessment Answer Key Step 1: Tap VIEW ARHIVED ASSESSMENTS Step 2: Tap OPEN to the selected Assessment Step 2: Tap EDIT ANSWER KEY Set A will be the Default Set. Option 1: Scan Answer Key
- Tap SCAN ANSWER KEY to set the assessment's answer key by using a shaded test paper
- Scan Answer Key - Align Template anchors(black) to the square container until it's detected(green). Wait a few seconds to scan the template
- Tap SAVE CHANGES to save scanned answer key
- Tap ant set (Set A, Set B and/or Set C) to manually edit the answer key of the selected option
- Tap the desired answer and its equivalent points
- Tap SAVE CHANGES to save scanned answer key
To edit Assessment Answer Key Option 1: From the Assessment
- Click Assessment Archive
- Select a Assessment to Add
- Click Copy to Class. This will show the list of Active Classes
- Select the Active Class where you want to Copy the Selected Assessment
- Click Open Class
- Go to the Assessments Tab. This will show the list of Copied Assessments
- Click Copy From Archive. This will show the list of Active Assessments from the Assessment Archive
- Select an Assessment and click COPY to continue.
To Check Assessments Step 1: Go to the Assessments Tab. This will show the list of copied Assessment on the Class Step 2: Click Start Checking to check the papers Step 3: Align the Phone Camera on black boxes of the Template Step 4: After Scanning Results will show up Step 5: Select the student you want to record the recently scanned paper Step 6: Click SAVE AND CONTINUE to continue checking or SAVE AND EXIT to finish checking test papers.
To View exam analysis Step 1: Go to the Assessment Tab. This will show the list of copied Assessment on the Class Step 2: Click Analysis. This will show the Exam analysis per Set of assessments
